Beck & Call, operated by Melissa Potter, provides a full suite of personal and errand services designed to simplify daily life for residents of Providence, RI. Services range from pet sitting and document courier work to notary services, package shipping, mail pick-up, personal and corporate gift shopping with wrapping, flower deliveries within the Providence area, coffee runs for offices, veterinary visits to accommodate work schedules, dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up, grocery shopping for any need, pharmacy runs for sick days, plant watering for travelers, vacation cat care, home preparation for return from trips, dog walking, transportation to and from groomers for dogs, organizing assistance, party planning support, reminder services for important dates, and concierge services for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions.

Elder care services include assistance with laundry, grocery shopping, and basic care needs for those wishing to remain at home or in assisted living. Airport transportation is available for midweek, midday flights using the client's vehicle. Rates are $20 per hour with a 1/2 hour minimum, and gift certificates are available.
