Will you have access to my money with my bank account information? +

No. While I would prefer VIEW ONLY access to accounts, you can opt to send me monthly statements.

What do I need to get you started? +

A free consultation to learn about each other and make sure we are a good fit, an assessment of your bookkeeping needs, prepayment for prior year’s work, a signed engagement letter before recurring work begins, a copy of prior year’s tax return, a completed W9 form, an Accountant invitation to your QuickBooks Online, and view only access to bank accounts and credit cards (or all bank and credit card statements for this year to date).

How much will this cost me? +

Prices are specified to each business's needs. Recurring monthly services generally start around: $275 for up to 100 transactions and up to 4 accounts, $525 for up to 250 transactions and up to 6 accounts, $775 for up to 500 transactions and up to 10 accounts. *These prices are for illustrative purposes only; we will work together to develop a plan to meet your specific needs. **Pricing is per calendar month, and all catch up work will be billed at that price.

No, I do not do tax returns, but I do partner with some amazing CPA's I can refer you to.
